Web plate developing machine SME-4130
The SME-4130 web plate automatic developer is specifically designed for the automatic rinsing and stripping of the remaining photosensitive coating after web plate film exposure or laser plate making. The machine is highly intelligent and can achieve perfect developing quality for both precision web plates, films and thick film web plates.
Operating mode: The machine automatically sprays double-sided rinsing on the screen-printed web plate after exposure, allowing the printing graphics to be automatically displayed; it uses two spray rods at the front and back for uniform spraying; the spray pressure and time can be adjusted to achieve perfect development.

Machine Instruction

1. High-quality electric hydraulic pump, with adjustable pressure, enabling high-pressure jetting and rinsing for developing.
2. Equipped with high-pressure fans and high-pressure air nozzles, which are more efficient in removing water.

4. One-button operation, developing or peeling-off can be automatically completed according to the preset program in one step.
5. Equipped with a liquid level control mechanism, automatically adding water when the water level is low, and automatically stopping when the water level reaches the set point.
6. Equipped with a dry extraction control system, automatically protecting the hydraulic pump when the water volume is insufficient.
7. The machine is completely enclosed for spray developing or peeling-off, maintaining a clean workshop environment.
